Synthetic Sling Assembly Photos

     LIFE FIRST isn't just our slogan, it is what we work for here at Halo. We take safety into account with every sling we make. Our sewing staff realizes the importance of quality when it comes to the products they fabricate.
 
Listed below are the steps we take to make sure every product we make exceeds industry standards and will deliver when the most important factor is at stake, LIFE.



Step 1: Pull the desired length of webbing to be cut.



Step 2: Mark the webbing at the desired length.



Step 3: Cutting the webbing at the correct measurement.



Step 4: Using a pattern to adjust the length for the eyes of the sling.



Step 5:Clipping the webbing to set the eyes.


Step 6:Staging the slings ready to be sewn.




Step 7: Sewing the Sling.




Step 8: Sewing the Certification Tag onto the sling.




Step 9: Bundling the slings.




Step 10: Stock to go out for delivery.
